USA Niagara Development Corporation is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of a property located between First, Second, Niagara, and Main Streets in downtown Niagara Falls, New York. The opportunity is to contribute to the redevelopment of a historic commercial district. The property was acquired as part of a land acquisition program to remove blight from the downtown area and expand the variety and density of uses. The total MWBE participation goals are 30% and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business contracting goal is 6%. Late proposals will not be accepted.USA Niagara is open to considering, but not obligated to tenanting space in a mixed-use development that may arise out of this solicitation, should it contribute to making a project viable and would meet the mission needs of the Corporation.
