The Niagara Falls Water Board invites bids for Emergency Repair Contract March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2026. The Work consists of furnishing crew or crews, labor, and equipment to make emergency repairs to water service lines, transmission mains, distribution mains, sewer mains and laterals. Emergency repairs are repairs that are beyond the manpower or equipment available from the Niagara Falls Water Board or municipal shared services agreement. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Only written Requests for Information at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Jay F. Meyers, P.E. via email: jmeyers@cplteam.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted All bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Niagara Falls Water Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
