The opportunity is to contribute to the redevelopment of a historic commercial district. The property was acquired as part of a land acquisition program to remove blight from the downtown area and expand the variety and density of uses. The total MWBE participation goals are 30% and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business contracting goal is 6%. Late proposals will not be accepted.
