The existing configuration includes two 13.2kV feeds (Cable #F1 supplied from CHP & Cable #F2A supplied from Sir Leonard Tilley). Cable F1 & F2A feed an existing 15kV indoor switchgear #1. (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date. Ii. A Suretys Consent Indicating That, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1.
