Site work for a water / sewer project in Bristol, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Installation of approximately 403 LF of 8" gravity sewer, UV-cured CIPP liner throughout approximately 9,470 LF of sewer line (ranging in size from 8" to 12" diameter), 70 connection rehabilitations of lateral line to main line, and locating and raising 5 manholes. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bidders must comply with The President's Executive Order # 14173 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidding Documents may be examined or obtained at the indicated locations or online platforms for specified fees. Only complete sets will be issued.
