The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to upgrade outdated lightning protection systems for all buildings at the Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS). The work includes re-establishing Underwriters Laboratory ratings through improved grounding for each building on campus. All work must be completed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and Scope of Work. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
