DREDGING OF THE WASTEWATER LAGOONS ON DAVIS ISLAND AT THE NEVILLE ISLAND WATER TREATMENT PLANT. Specifications and plans are available to prequalified bidders at the Distribution Center of the Authority located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the conditions of the contract in case of award. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after same has been submitted to the West View Water Authority. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids. All bidders are to be prequalified prior to bidding. For information relating to pre-qualifications, please contact the Authority at 931-3292.
