The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Health Facilities Engineering Department is seeking comprehensive services for the preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out of seven chillers and five cooling towers at five locations in Anchorage, Alaska. The goal is to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of plant equipment, pumps, and all associated components, with minimal risk of failure. Additional opportunities for cooling and air conditioning preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out services at other locations may be included as add alternates.
