The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment, including floor machines, dust cloths, waxes, detergents, all types of polishes and other supplies and equipment, including step ladders and scaffolding to properly fulfill the contract. The Town will change the light bulbs in the building; the contractor is to keep the lenses clean. The Town will provide toilet tissue, paper towels, paper cups, and soaps for the contractor. Space for storage of the contractor's equipment, materials and supplies will be provided. Scope of Services: Town Hall Approximately 15,000 sq ft. Bathrooms (6) Public (5) Clean and disinfect all fixtures daily Clean and wash floors daily Clean and wipe down walls as needed Replace paper supplies and hand soap as needed. (supplied by the Town) Finance office (1) Same as above weekly. Offices & Conference Rooms: Empty trash daily Wipe down counters and conference tables daily Vacuum weekly or more frequently if needed Hallways: Vacuum daily Vacuum staircase weekly Wash tile floors weekly Wash staircase weekly Auditorium: Dry mop floor weekly Wash floor Quarterly Annex Building: Approximately 1,400 sq ft.
