Description

Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade industrial development.

As of January 14, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture is soliciting responses from qualified general contractors for the Hazardous Materials Storage Facility, to be located at the Milo J. Shult Agricultural Experiment Station in Fayetteville, AR. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from the UADA Office of Procurement. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the RFQ package.
