This project consists of the complete design and construction of a new pump station facility for conveyance of stormwater runoff from the landside of the proposed adjacent U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk CSRM project. The project includes the construction of an approximately 5000 square foot, two-story pump station in Norfolk, VA. The scope also includes paved maintenance access, service utilities, stormwater management, fencing and gating, and any incidental site features as needed to provide a complete project. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) are requested from interested general contractors, construction management companies, design-build teams, and/or architect-engineer firms with experience in design-build construction of stormwater pump stations or similar facilities. A two-phase procurement structure will be used, starting with a Request for Qualifications followed by a Request for Proposals for selected teams.
