Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Perkinston, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade, one-room medical facility; and one-story above grade, one-room laboratory facility.

All items must be supplied by one bidder. The items must be shipped, delivered, installed, working together to ensure optimal performance without additional supplies, and tested before March 1, 2026. Bids will not be considered unless the attached form is used.
