The project is expected to be awarded on December 10, 2025.** Scope of work shall include all labor and materials required to complete the project in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Scope of work will include the installation of subbase, clearing and disposal, mixing and compacting existing subbase pipe work, testing, erosion control, grading, sodding, demolition and miscellaneous associated work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount at least equal to the contract price as security for the faithful performance of the agreement, and for the payment of all persons performing labor and/or furnishing material in connection with the agreement. The successful bidder will be required to fully complete all work within the stipulated time frame from and including the date to start work established in a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Proposals or any Proposal, and to waive technical errors and informalities. This is a lump sum contract. Survey control will be supplied by the Town through BSE. The right-of-way will be flagged, and benchmarks will be set. Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing an Addendum Question Deadline 11/10/2025
