The City of Palm Bay Utilities Department owns and operates the 4.0 MGD South Regional Water Treatment Plant (SRWTP) at the South Regional Utilities Treatment Campus located on Osmosis Drive in Palm Bay. This Contract is for the construction of the South Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SRWRF), to be sited on the South Regional Utilities Campus, as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein.
