Site work for a water / sewer project in Odum, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Statements of qualifications and proposals are requested from engineering firms with a strong record in assisting local governments with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Responding firms must be technically qualified and licensed in Georgia. Services to be contracted include preliminary design for a potential FY26 CDBG project and, if funded, engineering services for implementation, specifically for drainage improvements. Information to be submitted includes: history of the firm and resources, experience with CDBG/EIP/RDF and other DCA grant programs, qualifications of key personnel, current workload, proposed scope and level of service, experience with similar projects and references, fees or percentages for preliminary and implementation services, errors and omissions insurance, Statement of Qualifications Form, and Section 3 Certification Form (if claiming Section 3 status). All contracts are subject to federal and state contract provisions. Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
