The Old Augusta Road Improvements Phase 1 project consists of roadway and storm drainage improvements along a 0.55-mile-long segment of Old Augusta Road, from north of Effingham Business Center to north of Logistics Parkway. The scope includes widening Old Augusta Road from a two-lane section to a median-divided, four-lane section south of Logistics Parkway, Additionally, a single-lane roundabout will be constructed at the intersection of Old Augusta Road at Logistics Parkway. This is the first segment of planned phased improvements along the Old Augusta Road corridor. Any questions that arise after the pre-proposal conference must be made in writing via the County's eProcurement Portal no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
