Effingham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services for Phase I of the Effingham Regional Water Supply Facilities project, which includes the installation of over 26 miles of large-diameter water mains, a 1 MG elevated storage tank, and a metered interconnection with Bryan County. The selected CMAR will assist with design review, GMP development, and construction services for the $175 million infrastructure project supporting the region's growing water demand.
