Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase 5 for Cy-Champ Public Utility District. The work includes but is not limited to: Pre-construction videotaping of the existing sanitary sewer system. Installation of cured in place pipe as indicated by plans and specifications. Post-construction videotaping of the rehabilitated sanitary sewer system. Provide a data storage device with quality television videos and reports (pre-construction and post construction) for each line segment to be rehabilitated. Provide one (1) copy of overall plans indicating differences between plans and field conditions. Indicate differences in manhole locations, pipe sizes and pipe locations. Provide appropriate traffic control and flagmen where applicable, including proper signage and barricade placement. Replace any items damaged as a result of construction activities. Clean and restore work area. And all else specified and shown in the contract documents.
