Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Project scope shall include the construction of a 6-foot inner diameter cast-in-place duplex lift station with valve pad, two 208 gallon per minute submersible pumps, one generator, all associated pipe, valves and fittings, electrical controls and site work. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the Bid Opening Question Deadline 11/14/2025
