Site work for a mixed-use development in Liberty Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Drainage and related improvements at the Liberty Township Center Park The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. Domestic Steel Use Requirements as Specified in ORC 153.011 apply to this project. Bidders must comply with the FEDERAL prevailing wage rates pursuant to the Davis Bacon Act for Public Improvements on this project. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 6 0 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to investigate contractor qualifications and experience as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder.
