Reference Number 0000403390 Anticipated Award Date December 3, 2025 The City of Kentwood (City), Michigan issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide trenchless rehabilitation to sanitary sewer laterals as the primary method, along with related services (Work) for sixteen (16) job locations (Sites) within the City. Excavation and replacement shall be performed only as necessary to enable completion of the Work and shall be paid under a separate not-to-exceed lump sum price, as authorized and directed by the City. The City intends to enter into an agreement (Contract) with the selected Respondent (Contractor) for the completion of the Work. The Contract may be renewed thereafter, upon mutual agreement, on an annual basis for up to four (4) additional years. Pricing shall be firm for the first year and Cityspecified job sites. Pricing for any renewal years shall follow unit pricing as proposed in the submission to this RFP (see Proposal Form - Attachment A). shall complete the Work under Contract no later than June 19, 2026.
