BSGI is pleased to provide the following equipment and services to provide a new Video System for the Springettsbury Township Park. The overall Scope of Work is to install (39) total various cameras around park. Part of this proposal includes secondary software for the license plate recognition (LPR) cameras data to be housed and available for later use and alerting if required. All cameras will attach to a new field network boxes/switches and be connected to the Township network via new underground fiber and power infrastructure provided by others not BSGI. BSGI will provide cameras, mounts, network switches, power supplies, SFP modules for fiber connection to switches, and camera licensing. BSGI will install cameras, network switches, connect and set up the new cameras into system, test, and commission for proper operation. Online sealed bids for the construction of Springettsbury Park Upgrades will be received by Springettsbury Township via the PennBid Program until the specified closing time. All questions regarding the meaning or intent of the contract documents must be submitted through PennBid's Public Q&A section; questions submitted by phone, fax, or direct e-mail will not be accepted. Each bidder must deposit, with their bid, security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The project is classified as Public Works under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, requiring payment of prevailing minimum wage rates to workmen employed on the project, as stipulated in the contract documents. The project will be funded by a Community and Economic Assistance Program Grant Contract through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and bidders must comply with grant requirements as detailed in Appendix I. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty days after opening unless certain conditions cause a delay, in which case they remain irrevocable for up to one hundred twenty days as per Act 317 of 1978, as amended.
