Wastewater facility rehabilitation including removal of effluent, sludge, earth fill, riprap, and PVC liners from existing lagoons, replacement of existing lagoon liner, new facultative lagoon, replacement of existing effluent gate valves, retrofitting of existing flow meter structure to include v-notch weir with ultrasonic flow meter, sanitary transfer piping, stone groundwater cutoff drain and drainage structures, construction/maintenance access drive and associated restoration.
