Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
*Talion Construction still has no demo / abate or concrete bids. They are requesting these bids 3/10/2026. The GC shall provide services to include, but not limited to, the decommissioning and demolition of existing clean steam generators and heating hot water pumps. The scope also includes the procurement and installation of a new reverse osmosis unit for the clean steam feed water. Additional services include modifying existing ductwork in BH002 and procuring and installing a new air handler and associated ductwork in BD423. The GC shall make themselves intimately familiar with the full scope as defined in the scope of work, construction drawings, and specifications. **Location:** VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086 Questions and/or Requests For Information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form attachment and are due No Later Than (NLT) 02-11-2026 at 14:00 P.M. PST. to the Contract Specialist, Christopher Whipple, by email at christopher.whipple@va.gov, and Cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
