The provisions of Section II of Chapter V.2 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, chapter C-65.1) relating to payment for work and those of Section III of that chapter relating to dispute resolution apply to the contract covered by this call for tenders and to subcontracts for construction work directly or indirectly related to it. The contract covered by this tender is for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date of the contract is on or around 15 December 2025. Bidders who wish to receive clarification regarding the tender must communicate in writing to the email address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number. If such a request for clarification is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders and does not result in any changes to the tender documents, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
