The Real Estate Projects Office is responsible for managing projects related to real estate and civil infrastructure at the various centres and campuses of the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. It is responsible for supporting the university community in defining projects and oversees the various stages of real estate projects, from pre-feasibility analysis to transition to occupancy. The project manager's mandate is to support the BPI team by managing all stages of new construction projects on behalf of UQAT. He or she will also be called upon to contribute to other projects carried out by the BPI, particularly for asset maintenance and redevelopment. Delivery schedule Start of mandate 5 January 2026
