Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrison City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Separate and sealed bid proposals are requested for HVAC system replacement at the Penn Township Municipal Building. Bidders must adhere to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements for the contract and comply with Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each proposal must include a certified check or Bidder's Bond equal to ten percent of the proposal amount, in favor of Penn Township. The bituminous price index per PennDOT Form 408 applies. Penn Township may reject or waive any bids or informality. Bids cannot be withdrawn within sixty days after the opening. If any person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other contract Documents, or if he finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, he may submit a written request to the Engineer for an interpretation or correction thereof.
