Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harrison City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
** As of May 5th, 2026. Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** The project consists of the 2026 Hot Mix Paving Program for Penn Township. The work will require the contractor to mill approximately 175,810 square yards, install approximately 9,670 tons of level course, and install 14,500 tons of 1-wearing course (9.5 mm, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs SRL-M) on various streets throughout the Township. Bidders must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements and Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Penn Township. The bituminous price index in accordance with PennDOT Form 408 applies. Penn Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
