Renovation of a municipal facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Except as otherwise noted herein, the CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and expertise required to remove existing broadloom carpet and rubber base on stairs and install new broadloom carpet and rubber ADA compliant stair treads on Training Center and Atrium stairs, LVT plank in basement, 6 cove base and required transitions. The specific location of work will be at the DISTRICTs Headquarters building in Everett, Washington in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via electronic The undersigned Bidder agrees, if awarded the Contract, to fully complete this project within ninety (90) calendar days after the effective date of the DISTRICT'S written Notice to Proceed.
