Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Everett, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Port is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from developers for Commercial Mixed-Use Buildings in Fisherman's Harbor. Fisherman's Harbor features two parcels available and programmed for development of mixed-use commercial/retail at parcels A1 and A2. There is an option to discuss inclusion of a portion of the adjacent D1/D2 parcels within the Craftsman District, if needed. The Port seeks development partners to enter into a long-term ground lease of the parcels, finance, and develop the commercial structure(s) for private investment. The Port requests that qualified developers interested in this opportunity respond to this RFSQ and identify which parcel(s) they are interested in developing and how they plan to do so. All land use entitlements for the site complete, with only City of Everett public works and building permits required.
