Site work for a water / sewer project in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes providing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to make improvements to the existing stormwater conveyance and treatment within the North Yard of the Port of Everett's Hewitt Terminal facility. General elements include the removal of an existing stormwater catch basin and piping, replacement with a larger-capacity structure and piping, and installation of a stormwater treatment system approved under the Washington State Department of Ecology's TAPE program. The site is located at the Port of Everett international seaport. Attendance at least one pre-bid meeting is mandatory for bidders. Subcontractors are encouraged but not required to attend. All bidders must provide government-issued photo identification to attend the pre-bid meeting. TWIC cards are preferable, but those without one must arrange a TWIC escort at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The successful bidder and their subcontractors will be required to obtain TWIC cards before commencing work on site. The project site is within or adjacent to MTCA sites under Agreed Orders.
