Project CKTP - Solids and Liquid Hauled Waste Upgrades. Scope Bid Package: VE#1 - Outside Plant Fiber Optic Cable Network. The EC/CM will NOT be bidding on this bid package. Pre Bid Meeting No pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for this bid package. Valley Electric has an aspirational Project inclusion goal of 25% of this scope of work to be allocated for Small Business Entities (SBE), and Disadvantaged (DBE), Minority, or Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE). Bidders must submit the percentage amount of SBE/DBE/MWBE that is including in their scope of work as part of their proposal. Bid Guarantee None Required. Bonding A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required upon entering into an agreement with the EC/CM.. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00pm on October 14th, 2025 as per Addendum 1, Anyquestion submitted after this deadline may not be responded to.
