The work involves construction management services for the City of Everett's PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer, Package 2 Project. This project includes the construction of several large-diameter stormwater and combined sewer conveyances in and around West Marine View Drive in North Everett. These conveyances are intended to direct flows to the PGSF Site for stormwater treatment and the temporary storage of combined sewer overflows. The selected consultant will be responsible for construction management services, including construction inspection, for the duration of the project.
