Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The North Broadway Pedestrian Bridge project will provide a new ADA-compliant pedestrian connection spanning North Broadway Avenue on the Everett Community College campus in Everett, Washington. This bridge is intended to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility and serve as a critical link between campus facilities. The selected consultant will be responsible for preliminary engineering, environmental documents, design, PS&E preparation, and potentially construction engineering services. Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing by the designated date. Six copies of the Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the City of Everett Public Works Engineering Division by the specified deadline. No submittals will be accepted after that date and time. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
