Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Everett, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a 16,000-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, temporary facilities, and construction expertise required to perform a 3" pavement grind and overlay of an area of approximately 16,000 square feet at the District's Operations Center. The area of the grind and overlay is north of the Operations Center warehouse. Work will be performed at 1802 75th Street Southwest, Everett, Washington in Snohomish County, Washington. Contractors must be currently on the District's Small Works Roster category "Asphalt Paving" prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. Bids delivered by hand, fax, telephone, email, or any postal carrier will not be accepted. Electronic submittals shall be limited to the documents specified in the RFP document and shall not include additional brochures, booklets, or other sales material that are not specifically requested in the RFP. The Public Purchase website will not allow bids to be uploaded after the due date and time established. If a Bidder uploads a file to Public Purchase, it is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure the file is not corrupt or damaged. If the District is unable to open an attachment because it is damaged, corrupt, infected, etc., the District may disqualify the Bidder's submission.
