The University is located on two campuses: the Sir George Williams Campus in downtown Montreal (the "SGW Campus") and the Loyola Campus in the Notre-Dame-de-Grace neighborhood (the "Loyola Campus"). It comprises 70 buildings, including several high-rise buildings, student residences, two libraries, lecture halls, a conference center, a sports and athletics center, a gymnasium, art galleries, indoor and outdoor car parks, teaching and research buildings, and commercial premises, among others. Over the past eight years, the University has initiated a programmed to upgrade technology in learning spaces and meeting rooms, which has been very successful with faculty, teaching staff, students and administrative staff. In this context, the University is continuing this technology upgrade programmed through this call for tenders. The contract will be performed on a turnkey basis for a lump sum price. In addition to supplying the required equipment, the successful tenderer will provide delivery, installation, configuration, calibration, training, programming and support services for all equipment supplied. It is the responsibility of the successful Bidder to ensure that the operation of the equipment installed in the Meeting Rooms complies with the requirements of the Bid Documents, including technical specifications, programming and calibration guidelines, and drawings, and that it is approved by Concordia at the time of final delivery. Bidders must include in their Bid the cost of a guided tour of the Meeting Rooms with the relevant Concordia representatives once the technological upgrade has been completed
