Renovation of a library in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

For providing labor, material, and equipment entering into a Single Mechanical Prime Contract for the Leesville Community Library HVAC Replacement. The general scope is as follows: Replace the 20-ton split-system heat pump with higher-efficiency equipment. Replace the 3-ton split-system heat pump with higher-efficiency equipment. Replace the DDC control system. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 000900 of the Project Manual. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
