The Academy has exclusive responsibility for the initial training of police personnel in patrol, investigation and police management practices. The School also offers professional development activities and conducts training-oriented research. The Ecole nationale de police du Quebec (Quebec National Police Academy) has a digital mass communication and emergency system for use in the event of an active shooter or major security issues. The SIP loudspeakers used to broadcast alert messages are outdated and need to be replaced. The Ecole nationale de police du Quebec is therefore seeking bids for the purchase of 170 SIP digital broadcast loudspeakers for emergency measures, to be delivered to 350 Marguerite-D'Youville Street in Nicolet. The contract shall remain in force until the SUPPLIER has delivered the Goods to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY and until all warranty obligations relating to the Goods have been fulfilled.
