Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a bid, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form. included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at the following email address: infosoumission5@sqi.gouv.qc.ca. DURATION OF THE WORK The work required under this tender must be completely completed in 23 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable date of the start of work is between April 7 and May 4, 2026. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a tenderer if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
