Construction of a new multifunctional building to support administrative, workshop, warehouse, and covered vehicle equipment storage needs at PETE Nicolet. The primary function of the Proof and Experimental Test Establishment (PETE) in Nicolet is to provide facilities for conducting ammunition tests and firing activities in accordance with National Defence requirements and standards. TIMELINE: An Advance Procurement Notice (APN) to the industry has been issued by the owner. The purpose of this APN is to allow interested Design-Builder teams to initiate, if required, the sponsorship process to obtain the necessary clearances or security clearances (if applicable). The purpose of this APN is to allow Design-Builders to assess their capacity and interest in participating, and to prepare adequately for the potential solicitation process for this Modified Design Build (MDB) project, notably by initiating any necessary steps.
