The project is expected to be awarded on December 11, 2025** Sealed bids are requested for the 2025 Roadway Improvements Program (NJDOT Funded) for the Borough of North Arlington, Bergen County, New Jersey. Drawings, specifications, and forms for the proposed work can be examined at no cost at the Engineer's office or obtained for a fee. Bids must use Standard Proposal Forms, be sealed and labeled with the bidder's name, address, and project name, and be addressed to the Mayor and Council. Bids must include a non-collusion affidavit, a certified check or bid bond for at least ten percent of the bid (not more than $20,000, not less than $500), and a consent of surety for one hundred percent of the bid amount. All signatures must be in ink and longhand. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to the Municipal Clerk at the provided address. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Requests for interpretation or correction of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to, and be in possession of, the Engineer and to be given consideration must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
