The project consists of furnishing all materials required to replace secondary clarifier equipment suitable for gravity separation of mixed liquor solids in the activated sludge process in two secondary clarifiers at the Port Royal Island Water Reclamation Facility. The scope of work includes reviewing as-built drawings, survey and measurement of existing basins, design, manufacture and delivery of equipment, start-up services, and training as outlined in the IFB.
