Site work for a transportation facility in Lovington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Sealed bids are invited for a project involving the Lea County Regional Airport's Runway 13-31 Medium Intensity Runway Lighting. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared for the project. Commodity codes for the project are 03555 and 03567. All work is to comply with applicable federal requirements, including those related to disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), Buy American provisions, equal opportunity employment, wage and safety standards. Bidders must make efforts to subcontract 8.58% of the contract value to small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Bidders are required to provide information and documentation demonstrating compliance with DBE goals, equal opportunity clauses, and other statutory requirements. Successful bidders must also submit a Certification of Non-segregated Facilities and maintain, when applicable, an affirmative action program. Compliance reports may be required after contract award.
