The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the purchase, or to solicit applications from developers and/or qualified grantees for the purpose of selling or developing City of Lovington-owned properties to benefit the affordable housing program. The City of Lovington intends to contract with one or more firms for offers or applications from qualified grantees for the purpose of developing City of Loving tonowned properties to benefit the Affordable Housing Program. It is intended that the contract(s) will start from the date of signing and end one calendar year later, with an option to renew annually for up to three additional one-year periods. 4.
