Furnish materials and labor to complete the Well Water Tank Replacement (Project No. 2025-046) for Questar III BOCES in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work is to be bid under a single contract system covering all trades for Plumbing Construction. Bidders must submit sealed bid proposals. Plans and specifications can be examined at the office of BCA Architects & Engineers or obtained from them upon payment for printed sets or at no cost for digital copies. Printed plans and specifications must be returned in good condition within thirty business days after the award of contract or rejection of bids for a refund of the plan deposit, subject to conditions stated for bidders and non-bidders. Each bid must include security in the specified form and adhere to employment conditions and minimum wage rates outlined in the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn within 45 business days after opening. Out-of-state bidders must complete relevant authority documents and forms as instructed. No bid will be considered valid unless accompanied by a certified copy of authority to do business in New York State Question Deadline 11/13/2025 No interpretations of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally.
