South Water Street Pump Station o Replacement of existing raw sewage pump motors o Replacement of existing sump pump, piping, and valves o Architectural and structural modifications o Upgrades to electrical, instrumentation, and control systems o Upgrades to heating and ventilation o Upgrades to plumbing systems Heavy Industrial Park Pump Station o Demolition of existing raw sewage pumps and piping o Construction of an aboveground suction lift pump station o Construction of new electrical, instrumentation, and control systems All other questions shall be submitted in writing to Charles Prior, PE at cprior@edrdpc.com and Abby Doyle, PE at adoyle@edrdpc.com. The subject heading for all emails shall be: City of Ogdensburg, NY - Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond with a surety company satisfactory to the City of Ogdensburg and conforming to the prerequisite requirements of the General Conditions on the forms included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Ogdensburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
