Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation for the City of Ogdensburg, NY. Separate sealed bids will be accepted for: Contract No. 1 General, Contract No. 2 Electrical, and Contract No. 3 Heating, Ventilating and Plumbing, all based on a lump sum. The work includes: replacement of existing raw sewage pump motors, replacement of the existing sump pump, piping, and valves, architectural and structural modifications, upgrades to electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, upgrades to heating and ventilation, and upgrades to plumbing systems at the South Water Street Pump Station. At the Heavy Industrial Park Pump Station, the work includes demolition of existing raw sewage pumps and piping, construction of an aboveground suction lift pump station, and construction of new electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. All work must be done in accordance with the provided Bidding Documents.
