Renovation of a multi-residential development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered. Bids may be hand delivered at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 Hand delivered bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: IFB 2026-018 Cooling Tower Replacement - Municipal Housing. Question cut off date will extend from: December 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
