Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 12:00 PM CT No oral explanation in regards to the meaning of the specifications will be made, and no oral instructions will be given after the pre-bid meeting and before the award of the contract. Requests from interested vendors for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the specifications should be directed in writing as a question related to this bid on Public Purchase and the question will be answered on Public Purchase. Demolition of the existing tile, mortar bed, and waterproofing shall be performed after-hours beginning at 5:30 pm, no exceptions. No demolition work shall be performed during normally scheduled after-hours meetings such as City Council Meeting, Planning and Zoning Meeting, CERT, etc. A schedule of the after-hours meeting blackout days will be provided to the successful bidder,Contractor shall provide a detailed construction schedule for review by the selection committee. The schedule shall clearly identify after-hour, Saturday, and normal 8:00 am- 5:00 pm work and any hold points/milestone for manufactures representative.
