The project consists of the construction of approximately 67,810 square feet of HVAC, Lighting, and ceiling renovations. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Engineer, except Architectural questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Architect, BCDM Architects Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all Contractors considering bidding as the Prime Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
